Aug & Sept 2013--Bryce Canyon and St. George

We took another road trip over Labor Day weekend. We spent some time at Bryce Canyon NP and then headed to St. George. Zion seems to be the favorite national park in Utah, but I just love Bryce Canyon. It is so gorgeous and unique. We had a great time.

Lyla and Kate woke up exceptionally early on the first morning, so Tyler took them on a little drive

We went on a short hike in the park and stopped at all the scenic lookouts

Picnic lunch

We then drove the La Verkin to stay at Tyler's grandparents' house (or the Funny Old House, as Ada calls it)

The girls had fun playing at the playground

We found a delicious restaurant in Hurricane. I can't remember the name, but we'll definitely go back

Tyler's parents were staying with friends at a condo in St. George. We met them there so the kids could swim before we headed home. It was a short trip but a fun getaway

Ada found a lizard

I love all the none stop traveling you guys did last year. Wow! So glad you are finally documenting it. You captured such great fun moments and took gorgeous pictures as always. Utah truly is such a beautiful state with so much to offer. Your girls are so cute. I still can't get over what vibrant red colored hair Lyla has, seriously stunning!

Poor Lyla, she really should become part of your profile :)

Love your family and the memories they will have of the many trips you have taken.
